We are simply walking symphonies, vibrating at different speeds.
We Know Nothing
Hello friends, join me as I once again spiral down the staircase of Quantum Physics towards lunacy.
Today’s musing comes from a single understanding that has helped to pave a foundation beneath me on my path towards -
Well, who knows?
Because that’s the point of this post. We (you, I, them, they, scientists, teachers, gurus, lawyers, humans) know absolutely nothing.
Nada. Pip squeak. Our dummy minds ‘cannot even.’
Yet we think we know things because we have names for them. Whether that’s a concept, object, or chemical process. We can point at something, label it, categorise it, and tuck it neatly into the filing cabinet of our minds.
That’s all science is, if you think about it. Labelling what already exists so that we can kind of understand what’s already happening.
Let’s take our emotions, for example.
This is happiness. This is grief. This is love. This is fear.
But strip away the labels, and what’s left?
Energy. Frequency. Movement.
Here’s what I think (and I’m very probably most likely wrong, so don’t quote me or anything).
We are simply walking symphonies, vibrating at different speeds.
Every emotion, every thought, every experience - it’s all just a shift in frequency. The names we assign are nothing more than human-made attempts to make sense of something fluid, something far too vast and intricate to be contained by a single word.
Sadness? A slower vibration, a deep, resonant hum in the chest.
Joy? A quickening, a buzzing, a frequency that lifts.
Love? A magnetic pull, a warm expansion, a note that harmonises with another.
But in the end, none of it is fixed. No frequency is permanent. Energy moves. It flows. It shapeshifts. The only constant is the movement itself.
What Are You?
What if, instead of saying I am sad, we simply said ‘my energy is shifting?’
What if we stopped attaching stories to our sensations - stopped dissecting and analyzing every fluctuation, stopped gripping so tightly to the idea that what we feel defines who we are?
You are not your sadness. You are not your anger. You are not your joy.
You are the awareness that experiences them.
You are the silence before the sound. The stillness between notes. The space through which all things move.
The Freedom To Live In Flow
Imagine if we let emotions move through us the way sound waves travel through the air - without resistance, without grasping, without trying to hold onto one and push another away.
We wouldn’t fear change. We wouldn’t cling to what feels good, nor reject what feels uncomfortable. We would simply be. Allowing, witnessing, and experiencing without attachment.
This is what it means to live in flow. To stop trying to control the frequency and instead tune into it. To listen to what it’s telling us without the need to name it, box it in, or make it mean something more than what it is.
A Quantum Whisper
Dig a little deeper, and you’ll find that quantum physics has already whispered the same truth. At the tiniest scales, everything is energy - vibrating particles dancing in the vast cosmic void.
Matter, as we know it, is not solid at all, but a flux of probabilities and possibilities. Electrons and atoms don’t have a fixed place until we observe them; they exist in a state of potential, shimmering with a thousand possibilities all at once.
This quantum dance reminds us that the universe is not as rigid or as defined as our labels suggest. Just as our emotions and experiences are fluid, so too is the very fabric of reality.
The observer effect, that strange twist of fate where our act of observation changes the outcome, hints that our consciousness is intricately woven into this energetic tapestry.
In essence, everything is interconnected, vibrating in harmony with the universe’s grand, cosmic frequency.
Energy. Movement. A vibration passing through space.
Everything is just frequency - and quantum physics only confirms what we feel deep inside.
We are not separate, isolated beings..
..we are integral notes in a universal symphony, each of us contributing our own unique tone to the vast composition of existence.
And we are the ones who decide how we hear it.
Yessssss another banger 🎵🤓
Nice one
